This Package includes: Up to 3 Scheduled planning meetings; an initial, a follow up and a final meeting. Company will also provide client with; access to online wedding planning tools – and extensive wedding planner & detailed timeline/flow chart, an online music request system. Unlimited email, phone, text, and video-chat support, an insured professional DJ/MC, a commercial sound system including two (2) powered speakers for up to two hundred (200) guests (for one setup location), a wireless microphone for use during speeches, back-up sound system on-site, dance floor lighting. Early setup and equipment check prior to guests’ arrival, cables will be safely taped down and hidden, when possible, five (5) hours of music to be used for cocktail, dinner and/or dance, easy to fill out music request sheets. All travel costs included into the package price are based on being within twenty-five (25) miles of Pittsfield MA.

Also you will receive a monogram made to your specifications. Ceremony includes an additional setup with a lavalier microphone, Handheld microphone, guests’ arrival music, and music for ceremony.
